I am at a point in my life and career where I know my "zone of genius," and it's working with fellow NDs. Everyone I work with has some form of neurodivergence, and most are AuDHD. If your brain has no "jiggle the handle" advice, we will likely be speaking two different languages.

I make jokes all the time, it's part of how I relate to others and express myself. You are not obligated to laugh at my jokes, but if you look at my content and think "Wow this person is not funny at all," then you will not like me in person. I'm just worse.

I've been in recovery from ED since 2019 and no longer talk about weight loss or thinness as aspirational. And I've insulated myself so well in my online spaces that it's a genuine surprise when fatphobia comes up in the wild. If you're still wishing you could be thin and that would make your problems go away, I don't have the bandwidth to work through that with you, and it's not a good fit.

I am extremely flexible and accommodating -- but you have to tell me if you need something. I can't sniff it out or sort through subtext to figure out what's wrong. If directness is too much to ask, it's probably not a good fit.
