Reach One Goal in 90 Days

How long does it take to reach a goal? What a loaded question. It takes as long as it takes, of course. But we put so much pressure on ourselves to get things done as soon as possible, so we can get on with our lives — never realizing that the process of learning and getting there is a crucial part of those lives. They say it takes 21 days to make a new habit (it doesn’t, keep reading!) but how long does it take to reach a goal?

The thing standing in your way isn’t that you haven’t made a plan yet. It’s that you think you need to make the plan perfect before you start.

And that’s where I come in, to help with a free training to kick off my new small group coaching program, 90 Day Goal Glow Up.

I’m teaching a small group how to make a plan (not a perfect one, but a good enough one) and see what happens when they stick to it with compassionate accountability for 90 days.

Regardless of whether or not the program is right for you, you can apply and get access to the free training to take action at your pace.

90 Days to Done!

90 Day Goal Glow Up is designed to help you create an action plan for one singular goal. And it’s more than 90 days, it’s actually 15 weeks! One week to plan, 12 to act, and two to evaluate and create a plan for your next 90 days to take what you learned and implement it on the next goal.

This program will allow you to shift your actions to show up with consistency, focus, and confidence, which will change the way you show up for your goals for the rest of your life.

The key 90 days are broken down into three segments:

Habit Building

They say it takes 21 days to make a new habit. But it actually takes 21 days for your new habit and old habit to be 50/50. There’s still more work to be done, but the first three weeks of 90 Day Goal Glow Up will be about how to build these new goal oriented habits consistently.

Self ConceptING

This is when your habits are solid and growing but your brain is throwing you all kinds of doubts. “Who are you to try and draft a novel in 90 days?” “You’ve never done this before, why now?” This is the time when most goals stop because that voice is honestly an asshole. But I’m right there beside you as your backup. We are going to sculpt your self concept so it’s louder and more powerful than the voice of self doubt.

Ass Kicking

You’ve got a solid routine, this goal is locked in, AND you’re thriving with confidence. Time to keep going for the rest of these 90 days to really lock in your new routines and achieve your goal for the program.

You’ll get an outline of how to apply these three phases to your goals so you can take action after the free kickoff training for applicants. And if you’re ready to dive in, you can reserve a spot in the program!

Program Details

90 Day Goal Glow Up is a hybrid course and coaching model. There will be a curriculum to follow to help teach you the skills you need to build in order to achieve any goal you set (remember that for the program you will just be working on ONE goal). This curriculum will track your progress and you’ll have lifetime access to the trainings.

In addition, there will be group coaching calls each week, as well as certain weeks with one-on-one call opportunities to check in with me personally on your goal.

The program kicks off with a free training for all applicants on Tuesday, March 22.

After the training, you’ll be able to decide whether or not the program is the right fit for you to commit to one goal for the 15 weeks we’ll spend together to focus on your goal. The program starts on March 28 to start off the second quarter of the year with ACTION.

Spaces are limited — not as a fake out “act fast” marketing move, but because I know how many hours I can afford to spend on this program’s 1:1 calls and not burn out — and I know that I can support five people in this cohort.

Apply now to make sure you get the free training and guide to the three phases even if you aren’t one of the five in this cohort!
